FAQs
What are your turnaround/production times?
Production times vary depending on your chosen specifications. As a guide, you should allow 3–4 working days from order confirmation to delivery for digitally printed labels, and 7–10 working days for flexographic printing.
If you need your labels sooner, we also offer same-day or next-day dispatch after printing where production schedules allow. We’ll confirm your estimated production and delivery times when you place your order.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will normally be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost – please contact us to arrange this.
If your order is particularly urgent, you’re welcome to collect it directly from our West Horndon premises once it’s ready. Please contact us in advance to arrange collection.
What is your minimum order value (MOV)?
Unlike many label printers we do not have a minimum order run. We do however have a minimum order value of £175 (ex VAT).
Do you offer a design service?
Yes! Our internal artwork team is on hand to assist with any text and layout amends that you require. For larger scale branding projects we work closely with a selection of approved agencies that we would be happy to recommend. Do you offer sample packs?
We are able to arrange and send sample packs. Please call us on 01277 811 199 to discuss further and we will dispatch appropriate samples and finishes for your requirements on a next-day delivery service.
